The Slovenian Chess Federation invites representatives of Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italia, Slovakia and Switzerland to the MITROPA CUP 2019, which will take place from 26h May-4th June in Hotel Radin, Zdravilišče Radenci, Slovenia.
The tournament will be held in two sections, the open section, and the women`s section. Each team will be composed of 4 players plus one reserve player (for the open section), 4 women players plus one reserve woman player (for women`s section), with one of them acting as a team captain.
The event will be played in 9 rounds, with time control: 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to finish the game, with 30 seconds increment for each move from move one.
Each team (max. 10 persons per country) will be provided with full board accommodation in double rooms (or in case of one team we provide 3 double rooms) at the hotel. According to the mutual agreement, an organization fee of 250 € per person has to be paid.
