Teams of Russia and Ukraine are sharing the top in Open section, while Russian Women team emerged as the sole leader in Women section.
In the clash of the leaders of round 5 in Open section, Russia triumphed against Armenia thanks to a victory of Daniil Dubov, and came on the top after the upset in the first round when they drew against Norway. At the same time, Ukraine took a narrow victory against England to score 9 match points and join Russians on the top of the list.
The leading duo is followed by Slovenia and Germany, scoring 8 match points, each.
Round 6, which starts tomorrow at 15:00 local time, brings an exciting match for the leadership between Russia and Ukraine, as well as many other interesting games.

In Women’s section team of Russia crossed the path to defend the title of European Team Chess Championship 2019 by winning all the matches, and emerged as the sole leaders with perfect 10 match points.
Georgia, Azerbaijan and Serbia follows up with 8 match points, each.
After the free day, Russia will meet Azerbaijan, while Serbia plays against Azerbaijan.
