Within the ECU Online activities, European Chess Union organises the ECU/FIDE Online Arbiters Seminar from 3th-7th May 2020.
The seminar will follow all the standards required by FIDE and will also provide information for ECU arbiters from the members of ECU Arbiter’s Council.

It is recommended to study all the topics listed above before the seminar. The majority of information can be found under given links or in FIDE Arbiter’s Manual.
The test will consist of multiple choice questions as well as open-ended questions and will be focused mainly on the Laws of Chess, but all listed topics (Monday to Thursday) may appear there as well.
