European Youth Rapid&Blitz Chess Championships 2021 currently are ongoing in Novi Sad, Serbia.
The 2021 European Youth Rapid Chess Championship took place from 27th-28th of December, being played in 6 age categories, open and girls separately.
The President of Serbian Chess Federation Mr. Dragan Lazic and Vojvodina Province secretary for Youth and Sports Mr. Dane Basta made the first ceremonial move to open the event.
More than 450 children coming from 29 European federations participated in the event, but only 12 of them became European Rapid Champions.
