ECU GENERAL ASSEMBLY TIMETABLE

The ECU General Assembly will take place on 2nd and 3rd October in Batumi, Georgia.

 

1. ECU Secretariat will operate in Hotel Sheraton, Batumi from Friday 28^th of September till 1^st of October – office next to the main entrance from 10.00 to 13.00.

 

2. Proxies for the ECU General Assembly starting on the 2^nd of October can be sent by an email to the ECU office or direct to the ECU Secretariat till 17.00 (local time in Batumi) of the 30^th of September 2018.

 

3. Nominations from the National federations members for the ECU Auditor and ECU Deputy Auditor, as also for the 4 European spots for the FIDE Executive board can be submitted till 2^nd of October 2018 at 13.00 (local time in Batumi) by email to the ECU office or direct to the ECU Secretariat.

 

4. The ECU General Assembly is scheduled for the 2^nd of October 2018 at 09.30 in Hotel Hilton Batumi.

 

5. The second day of the ECU General Assembly including ECU elections is scheduled for the 3^rd of October 2018 at 17.00 (after the conclusion of the 1^st day of FIDE General Assembly) in Hotel Hilton Batumi.
