The European Chess Union received the bids for the organization of the official European Chess Championships in 2019.
The deadline for the bids was 28th April 2017.
The ECU received the bids for the following competitions:
- European Individual Women’s Chess Championship 2019
- European Senior Chess Championship 2019
- European Senior Team Chess Championship 2019
- European Club Cup 2019
- European Rapid & Blitz Chess Championship 2019
- European Amateur Chess Championship 2019
- European Youth Team Chess Championship 2019
- European Youth Rapid & Blitz Chess Championship 2019
- European School Chess Championship 2019
