Yesterday’s third round saw all the top players joining their teams, and the teams scoring 6 match points (each) in the Open competition are: Vugar Gashimov (Azerbaijan), Bayegan Pendik Chess Sports Club (Turkey), Alkaloid (North Macedonia), Tuxera Aquaprofit Nagykanizsai (Hungary), SuperChess (Romania), Aix-en-Provence (France), Rishon LeZion A (Israel), Ashdod chess club (Israel), Novy Bor Chess Club (Czech Republic), SK K CERO Invest Nitra (Slovakia), and Elektropriveda (Montenegro).
CE Gambit Bonnevoie (Luxembourg) and Cercle d’Echecs de Monte-Carlo (Monaco) are the two perfect teams in the Women’s section scoring 6 match points (each). Eight teams score 4 match points (each) and follow: Sirmium Sremska Mitrovica (Serbia), Crvena Zvezda (Serbia), Odlar Yurdu (Azerbaijan), Club Ajedrez Linares (Spain), Velikova Chess Club (Bulgaria), GASCO Pardubice (Czech Republic), Davit Jojua’s chess club (Georgia), and Klub Kolner Schachfreunde (Germany).
